Paper Submission Guidelines
We invite original, unpublished research papers, articles, and working papers aligned with the conference themes. Authors are encouraged to contribute high-quality, novel, and impactful work that advances research and practice in the relevant domains.
Paper Length & Formatting
- The paper must be a minimum of 4 pages in length; there is no upper page limit.
- All submissions must strictly adhere to the formatting guidelines.

- Papers must be submitted through the Microsoft CMT submission portal.
- Only electronic submissions in .pdf format will be accepted.

Peer Review Process
- All submissions will undergo peer review by a panel of experts.

Plagiarism Policy
Maintaining academic integrity is central to the quality and credibility of our conference. All submitted manuscripts must adhere to the following plagiarism and ethical standards:
Plagiarism Check
- Authors must perform a plagiarism check using licensed software such as Turnitin or iThenticate before submission.
- The similarity index should not exceed 20%, including self-plagiarism and references to previous work.
Ethical Responsibilities
- Plagiarism in any form, including self-plagiarism, will not be tolerated.
- Proper citations must be provided for all reused or adapted content, including:
- Models, concepts, figures, tables, data, and statements
- Paraphrased content must be linguistically distinct from the original source to avoid textual plagiarism.
Copyright Compliance
- Authors are responsible for obtaining written permission to use any copyrighted materials, images, or data that do not fall under fair use.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
- Manuscripts that violate the plagiarism policy may be rejected or retracted post-publication.
- Authors found guilty may be disqualified from future participation in the conference or associated publications.
