Call for Special Sessions – IMPACT 2026

IMPACT 2026 extends a cordial invitation to distinguished academicians, scientists, researchers, industry professionals, technocrats, government officials, and thought leaders to propose and organize Special Sessions as part of the conference.

These sessions will focus on specific themes aligned with the broader tracks of the conference, offering an excellent platform to bring together experts for in-depth discussions and knowledge sharing.

Scope and Themes

Special Sessions should be based on emerging areas, innovative technologies, or specialized research topics that complement the main themes of the conference. Proposals should reflect originality, relevance, and potential to attract quality submissions.

Benefits of Organizing a Special Session

  • All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings (DMPedia Conference Series) of IMPACT 2026.
  • Minimum of 15 registered papers is required for a session to be officially accepted and receive special privileges.
  • Organizers will have the opportunity to serve as Session Chairs at the conference.
  • Selected papers may be recommended for extended publication in Scopus, ESCI, DBLP, or Google Scholar-indexed journals.
  • Special discounts will be offered for session papers if the minimum registration requirement is met.
  • Extended papers from successful sessions will receive editorial support and higher priority for journal publication.
  • Interaction with renowned keynote speakers and networking with a global research community.
  • Conference venue is centrally located and well-connected for ease of access.
  • We are pleased to offer you a Virtual Credit Note equivalent to 25% of the total registration fee received by us from the accepted papers under your Special Session. This credit may be redeemed against any of the following, subject to the maximum ceiling of 25%:
    • Registration of Paper by Session Chairperson, Co-Chair, or Reviewers.
    • Travel, local transportation, or accommodation expenses of the Session Chairperson, Co-Chair, or Reviewers.
    • Travel, local transportation, or accommodation expenses for invited speakers nominated by you.
    • Registration, travel, local transportation, or accommodation of selected authors/co-authors, as approved by you.
    • Discounted registration for multiple authors/co-authors.
    • Token honorarium for reviewers.
    • Any other reimbursement, subject to prior approval.
  • The utilization of this Virtual Credit Note will be entirely at your discretion within the approved categories.
  • Additionally, one person — the Chairperson or Convener of the Special Session — will be entitled to a Complimentary Registration (as a non-author invited delegate) to participate in the conference.

Submission Guidelines

  • Submit your Special Session Proposal in the prescribed format by 31st July 2025 to: convener@icmpact.com
  • Ensure the proposal clearly outlines the session title, theme, potential topics, tentative list of contributors, and the relevance to the conference tracks.
